Join a 9-physician interventional cardiology team in a high-volume cath lab (5,000+ PCI/year). STEMI receiving center, structural heart, and peripheral programs.
We are recruiting a fellowship-trained interventional cardiologist to join our growing structural and complex coronary program at Stony Brook Heart Institute.
**Practice details**
- Hybrid academic / clinical model (70/30)
- 9 cath labs, 2 EP labs, dedicated structural heart suite
- Active TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, and PFO closure programs
- 4-day/week clinical schedule + 1 academic day + reasonable STEMI call (1 in 9)
**Requirements**
- ABIM with subspecialty boards in Cardiovascular Disease + Interventional Cardiology
- Fellowship-trained interventional cardiologist (US ACGME program preferred)
- 5+ years post-fellowship for senior level; new grads with strong structural experience considered
- NY medical license required at start (we sponsor)
**Compensation**
- Base $600k–$750k + productivity bonus (wRVU-based)
- $100k signing bonus; relocation up to $25k
- Faculty appointment at Renaissance School of Medicine
